How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within the Netherlands and EU typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International shipping outside of Europe may take 5-10 business days depending on customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, iDEAL, and Apple Pay.
Are your products true to size?
by Parra apparel generally features a standard fit. However, we recommend checking the specific size guide located on each product page to ensure the best fit for your body type.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
For orders within the EU, VAT is included. For international orders outside the EU, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes which are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
How should I care for my Parra garments?
To preserve the quality of the prints and fabrics, we recommend washing items inside out at 30°C and avoiding the use of a tumble dryer. Always iron on the reverse side of any graphics.
