Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your by Parra purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all artist-designed tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, including the completed return form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
